Practice Gratitude!
So today we will be going over 6 ways to practice gratitude. Gratitude is the best way well one of the best ways to start walking into your spiritual awakening. Showing all your gratitude to whoever you believe in is a good way to start that journey. I'm going to show you how to practice gratitude on a daily basis. It's very important that we do this a little every day. To give love and to receive love. Being so thankful for every living thing on this planet. Let's get into it.
Gratitude!
1) Gratitude journal:
- Keep a journal and every day write down things that you are grateful for. Ex: Family, friends, trees, and life.
- Watch videos that make you want to do good things and become a good person. Ex: TD Jakes if you know who he is.
- Stay away from all negative things none of that has to do with you. Ex: Movies, videos, people, gossip.
- Spend time with your family, and friends. Ex: Sister, brother, best friend, kids.
- Don't complain about anything for at least an hour a day commit to this. Ex: Stop saying you don't want to work, You don't like this or that.
- When life is good to you, be good to others. Do things they can't just out of love. Ex: When you have a friend or family stuck in negative energy. Take the time to show them the bright side of the situation and help them move in that. Show the gratitude of the situation. Love always wins.
