        Hey love’s I’m back with another one. Today we I’m going over crystals well it will be one crystal a week. For this one we will be getting into the beautiful Rose Quartz crystal. I love this crystal it is one that I keep on me at all times especially when I leave the house. It’s one of those crystals that always does good for the body and soul of you and others. So with being said let’s get into it. 

                Rose Quartz: They have been found as early as 7,000 B.C.E. Mostly used by Mesopotamians, Assyrians, Egyptians, and Romans. These crystals can be found in Brazil, Madagascar, India, South Africa, and the United States. Rose Quartz is a semi-precious gemstone made of silicon dioxide (Sioux). They can be great for protection from negative energy.

                 Anybody born in January should definitely wear a Rose Quartz crystal because this one belongs to you guys. Anybody without Venus in their birth chart shouldn’t wear Rose Quartz. These crystals are the key to bright beautiful skin and improve emotional well-being. They purify, harmonize and amplify energy. They open the mind and  hearts to higher guidance. They are one of the top 10 most powerful crystals.           


            You can wear them as jewelry, ornaments, and figurines. They open your heart chakra. If you don’t know what chakras are please visit my post about chakras. This crystal promotes self-love and healing love. Place it your bedroom to correct sexual imbalances, summon a partner or heal from love and  loss. They help with anxiety and depression. Heals emotional wounds.

                This pink crystal that symbolizes love and  compassion. It is also known as the “Heart Stone” or “The Love Stone”. Now when you get your Rose Quartz you need to cleanse it and active it. Now I will tell you how to cleanse and active your crystal. 




HOW TO ACTIVE YOUR ROSE QUARTZ?

1) Run it under some water to clean any dirt from it.

2) Let it sit in salt over night for cleansing or you smug it. 

3) Leave it outside over night in the moon light. Or leave it outside in a thunder storm. To let it charge up. 

4) Then active it. You will do this with your own intentions. Ex: Say to the crystal “ I will learn to love myself.”

5) Keep it near you or on you when you leave home. For added protection and self love healing.


Here are some affirmations for using your Rose Quartz when you meditate, or when you doing self love work, or just daily affirmations. Here are a few affirmations for that. 

Say it to your Rose Quartz:

* I radiate love and positivity.

* I trust the universe will provide for all my needs.
