Hey my loves,
Today we are going to talk a little about some of the things your body needs when you feel off. There is things that your body needs to stay moving like it should so let's take a deeper look. I'm going to go over 10 that I think we all should know about.
Acne: Skin and liver lacks Zinc, Vitamin A, Omega-3's, and detox minerals.
Anxiety: Nerves lack magnesium, Vitamin B, minerals to calm the systems.
Depression: Brain lacks B 6, B 12, magnesium, Omega-3's for mood support.
Hair Loss: Follicles lack Zinc, Biotin, Silica, Iron, for growth, and strength.
High Blood Pressure: Vessels lack magnesium, potassium, calcium too relax.
Insomnia: Brain lacks magnesium, calcium,amino acids to rest deeply.
Infertility: Reproduction system lacks Zinc, iodine, B 12, to function.
Obesity: Metabolism lacks minerals, protein, vitamin B, to burn fuel.
PCOS: Endocrine system lacks chromium, zinc, inositol for hormone health.
