What Growth Actually Looks Likes!

     Spiritual growth ( What They Don't Tell You)

    Today loves, I will be tell you guys the dark side of spiritual healing. When I told you guys it wouldn't be easy I mean just that. Today I will be going deeper into it with you guys. So let's get into it. I feel like starting 2026 we all need to know what to look for as in the good and dad of healing spiritually. So today we will do just that. 

Healing isn't always peaceful:

    * It can get really dark. I mean that as into you might feel a lot of negative energy when healing your spiritual self.

    * You can get burn out really fast. So I highly recommend meditation to help with that.

    * The self healing is much needed to grow. It is a step you must do.

Growth:

    * It will get uncomfortable. You must be nice and have love for your self and others at this time.

    *  It will get very lonely. When you grow and heal most people and things that has bad energy won't stay around. You might even have to leave some people behind that you love deeply.

    * It might even get confusing. When it's like this always turn to someone you can trust in the spiritual community. 

Work:

    * Shadow work will help you so much. You must deal with the things in the shadow self before you can push forward. It wont be easy at all.

    * It might even cause some set backs. Just so you can get your inner self right. What is for you can't be taken from you.

    * Shadow healing will make you have some sleepless nights and a lot of trigger moments. Like loosing a loved one, or even heart break. 

Closing:

These are some of the darker things that happens when you are healing. It don't last for ever but you will have to face these things. Once you do that it's ok because it gets better. I love you guys and I hope this helps.
